Other-State Candidates Are Eligible for D.El.Ed. in Uttar Pradesh
As per Government of Uttar Pradesh guidelines, candidates from other states are eligible for D.El.Ed. (BTC) admission in U.P. Online registration on the UP D.El.Ed. portal is mandatory — admission is valid only for students who complete the official online registration form.
